Property:   Luxury High-Rise Real Estate Office, Chicago

Opportunity: Design a panoramic video wall to mimic floor-to-ceiling windows in the luxury condos of a 93-story building, which is not yet built.

To be used as a sales tool for potential buyers to see the exact view from their future home. Images were created by drones, which rose to the top floor level taking 360° photos of the skyline.

Due to close viewing proximity, video wall must maintain precise bezel alignment.

The video wall must have fast & easy serviceability to maximize content up-time.
 
 
The Solution - Action Taken

Premier Mounts Solutions Group engineered a panoramic video wall, with one 7x4 center section and two 3x4 side sections.

Custom video wall mounts feature fine-tune display brackets for precise panel alignment.

Since there wasn’t a loadbearing wall, a tube steel frame with leveling was floor anchored to ensure video wall stability. Each frame locked in place to keep it secure and aligned.

A center pivot point in a column layout allowed each column of displays to open, with both left and right pivoting frames for fast service access.

An open back frame also provided easy service access to the back of all displays.
