Hello ,
This week’s Solutions Flash involved a ceiling suspended, 6x2 video wall, with 7° of downward tilt and outer panels angled inward 10°. The video wall presented compound angle challenges where gaps between display bezels needed to be minimized for optimum performance.

The Challenge
Application: Curved Video Wall, 6x2 Compound Angles Ceiling Suspended
Property: Control Room Surveillance Monitoring
Opportunity: Engineer a 6x2, ceiling suspended video wall with 7° downward tilt and outer panels angled inward 10°.
The video wall presented compound angle challenges where gaps between display bezels needed to be as tight as possible, allowing content to achieve maximum performance.
The Solution - Action Taken
Utilizing the award-winning Symmetry Series stock product, a CAD drawing was created for the Integrator who used the dimensions to position the ceiling supports.
The Symmetry Series ceiling mounted video wall was installed quickly with the display brackets’ fine tune adjustments to minimize display bezel gaps to optimize performance.
Custom Z-brackets to achieve 7° of continuous downward tilt were used along with custom linking bars to keep each row of Symmetry interface bars on the same plane to achieve the exact 10° inward angle for the outer panels.
