Phoenix, AZ August 21st, 2013 - New York City's Madison Square Park Conservancy has chosen the Atlas A-Line Acoustics EMMA Modular Line Array System for the 2013 Studio Series. These concerts are arranged to promote and foster a legacy of American music through free, live music performances on Saturday afternoons.  The Studio Series is devoted to folk, blues and Americana and pairs established and upcoming artists in an historical urban park with professional production values.

 

Atlas A-Line Acoustic's EMMA loudspeaker system is ideally suited for this outdoor concert experience with its low profile look, excellent pattern control, high intelligibility and easy deployment characteristics. Since it is a line array design, it will be able to provide audio coverage to the entire audience whether they are sitting in the front row or standing in the back.

 

The system consists of two parts: the EM806A-B, which includes eight 6.5-inch high frequency ribbon drivers and eight 6.5-inch low / mid frequency drivers and the EMW410A-B, which includes four 10-inch subwoofers. An integrated class D amplifier with pre-configured DSP powers each unit. 

 

Set against the fall foliage of Madison Square Park, the intimate Studio Series atmosphere creates a beautiful space with excellent sound production for artists to share the tradition of their craft.
